Vladar Bondarev is an art director of the Agency «KLUD», senior academic lecturer in the Lomonosov's Moscow State University, Continuous Arts Education Centre led by B.M.Nemensky and in the Media-Arts Academy. He performs a personal control of the feature preprinting works of all the photographs.
